Part Number: ISO7240M
I am working on phase-shift full-bridge converter, and for that, I want to use isolator ISO7240 to drive 4 MOSFET on the primary side of the transformer (controller UCC28950 is in the secondary side of T/F). But I could not be able to find this device in TINA-TI. Can you please suggest any other pin to pin device which is available on TINA-TI or any alternate solution?

TINA-TI and PSpice simulations currently do not support simulation of devices with two isolated GNDs hence, we do not have TINA-TI or PSpice models for these devices. For I/O characterization, you can use IBIS model that is available in ISO7240M product folder in the section named "Design & development" under "Design tools and simulation" tab. The IBIS models cannot be used with TINA-TI but can be used with many other simulation software like Advanced Design System (ADS) by Keysight and HyperLynx by Mentor Graphics. Thanks.
