Part Number: ISO7840
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO7740,

Hi team,

Can you explain the difference between ISO7740 and ISO7840? Why is ISO7840 more robust? Does it have a thicker SO2 layer?

Thank you,

Franz

  • Hi Franz,

There are only a couple major differences between ISO7840 and ISO7740 with ISO7840 being slightly superior, please find below the details.

    1. 5700 Vrms VISO compared to 5000 Vrms
    2. Min CMTI of ±100 kV/µs compared to ±85 kV/µs
