So Isense is = Ilimit? How do you derive 2.25mA?

The objective here is to calculate power dissipation across Rsense.

PY,

The 2.25mA is derived from characterization of the device. Power dissipated by Rsense would be (Isense)^2 * Rsense. Also the calculator tool linked below will calculate the input current of the ISO121x for you.
