Hello Team,

Attached is the schematic which uses "SN6505AQDBVTQ1" and "750316032" Transformer for having Isolated power from 3.3V to 5V.

I testing the same circuit with physical board.

I'm seeing 0V at the input of the U13 IC.

I was suppose to receive 6.6(1:2).

Is there any thing wrong with the circuit? Please support to resolve this issue.

Sorry to hear about the issue and thanks for reaching out to us.

To help debug the issue, could you please share the below information as well?

PCB layout
Waveform, especially D1 and D2 waveform
What other components or devices connected to the output of U13?
Did you test more than one SN6505A device and do you see the issue with only one device or all devices tested?

Hello Koteshwar,

I found the issue. Transformer was mounted in reversely. Now the the issue is resolved.
