I have reviewed your design and didn't see any concerns regarding the device functionality. However, I did observe that you're using a Y-capacitor across the isolation barrier for better EMC performance. You may also refer to this tech note for additional recommendations for low EMI performance.
Alternatively, you may also consider our second generation ISOW7741 for your design. ISOW7741 EMI performance is improved compared to ISOW784x family and can meet CISPR32 Class B with significant margin on our 2-layer EVM.

Like Dushmantha mentioned, please do consider using ISOW7741 which offers improved EMI performance over ISOW7841 and helps meet your emissions requirements. Additionally, ISOW7741 has provision for supplying separate power DC-DC and IOs thereby allowing the sections to be independently supplied and operated. This will eliminate the need for the two voltage level translator that you have used in your design.
