Hello,

Concerning LM2903QPWRG4Q1 and LM2903AVQPWRG4Q1, I have questions as follows;

So, can I get answer of these questions ?

    Question-1
      Concerning the Non-A device (=LM2903QPWRG4Q1),
      are there any possibility that the device which has 4mV(MAX) Vio
      (=Input offset voltage) is included ?

    Question-2
      Through the LM2903-Q1 datasheet, I could not find the
      temperature dependency data of the Vio.
      If the Ta(=Ambient Temperature) becomes lower, Vio value becomes
      higher or lower ?

Hello, Mahmoud-san,

Thank you very much for your reply with this distribution data.

In this distribution data, I think "Vio:5v_P, Vio:5v_N, Vio:32v_P, and Vio:32_N " indicate the Input offset voltage.

However, I can't understand the meaning of "P" and 'N"' clearly. In other words, I can't understand the difference between "Vio:5v_P" and "Vin:5v_N" clearly.

So, can I get the explanation on the above ?

I believe the Vio is measured when the ouput swings from high to low and from low to high. This is the meaning of N and P but not sure which one is the positive swing.
