Please tell me SN74LVC1G125-Q1 out of "Y terminal".

is "Y terminal" a high impedance at the time of Vcc=0V, OE=GND, and A terminal = Low?

    Hello,

    Under this condition that you mention, the Y terminal will be high impedance.  The part has the Ioff feature that puts the I/Os in high impedance when Vcc = 0V.  Tying the OE to VCC with a pull-up will then keep it high impedance throughout the power cycle.
