Dear all,

Could you teach me the max resistance value of rDS(on) at '6.5 DC Characteristics' at data sheet page 5?

My customer want to know about rDS(on) at worst case.

It is OK that the value is not guaranteed (because you do not write at data sheet).

However we must concern about worst case...

The RDS_on can vary quite a bit. Simulation results show a maximum of about 340 mOhms. Of course, this is not guaranteed since we only provide the typical value in the datasheet.
