I would like to confirm the cause of "burn out" and the solution of avoiding it.
Attached is the circuit and the condition.
Condition: HO, HS and LO : OPEN
HI, LI : Low
VDD: 12V
In this setting, Smoking has been at VDD and UCC27201-Q1 has burned out.
I have questios about this.
1. Are there any problem for this setting?
If this setting has a possibility of "burn out"
2-1. What is the cause?
2-2. Could you please teach the process of the burning out?
2-3. Could you please teach the solution of avoiding burning out?
