Would you mind if we ask TPS57060-Q1(TPS57060QDGQRQ1) and TPS57040-Q1(TPS57040QDGQRQ1)?

Could you let know us the reason which Thermal resistance θja is a lower than Thermal resistance θjctop?

Or, they are same as TPS57140-Q1, aren't they?(we contributed as followings;)

Matsumoto-san,

The TPS57040-Q1 will be very similar to the TPS57140-Q1. The packaging determines these parameters and since they are in the same package, the actual numbers will be very close.

Ok, we understood that TPS57040-Q1 is very similar to the TPS57140-Q1 including(θja, θjctop).

In the future, will you have planing to change the datasheet?

Matsumoto-san,

We are in the process of updating our datasheets to a new format and we will be updating the theramal tables at the same time. So yes, we do have plans for updating the datasheet however it may take some time.
