Hello Ushikubo-san,

we do not specify a minimum on-time, thus we do NOT guarantee it.

However, the narrowest pulse-width is typically 20ns. This would give the lowest possible duty cycle of 4.5%. This low of a duty cycle is lower than the worst case conversion (Vin=6.0V to Vout=0.6V or 10% duty cycle).
