Would you mind if we ask UCC2813-2-Q1?

How much is the maximum COMP's source current of UCC2813-2-Q1?
Is there limitation in case of short(COMP conncets to GND)?

Hello Matsumoto-san,

Page 6 of the datasheet states that the error amplifier is internally limited, so COMP can be externally pulled to GND. We don't spec this max current, but we do specify -0.2mA to -0.8mA source current with FB=1.8V and COMP=2.8V.

If you need the max current value, I can take a short-circuit current on COMP on a couple units to provide some indication of max source current.

Hello Matsumoto-san,

I measured 3 units at room temp with Vfb = 1.2V. With COMP shorted to GND, I measured the following values:

0.566mA
0.567mA
0.568mA

So it seems to be about a current limit of about 0.567mA.
