We want to confirm the deviation data at 3-sigma for ADS7841ESQDBQRQ1 and ADS7822Q1.

Can you offer the following by each device?

- Integral linearity error

- Differential linearity error

- Offset error

- Gain error

By the way, is it possible to provide the value of corner sample?

My apologies for the delay. I looked through the data I have available and have approximated some numbers for +-3sigma of each parameter at its worst temperature for one lot. As a reminder, the only values we will guarantee are the limits set in the datasheet.

I can't share production data like this on the forums, so I will contact you separately.
