As the subject indicated. i cant seem to find any difference between 2T09i50QDBVRG4Q  and TPS3809I50QDBVRQ1


Data sheet doesnt give me any info that they are different. Can someone shed some light on any differences they have if any?

    Hi David,

    There is no difference between them. When TI first started converting devices to "green" (meaning lead-free, RoHS, etc.), we added the "G4" suffix in the part number. Now even the devices without "G4" have been updated to lead-free materials, so there is no difference in these devices anymore.
