&lt;p&gt;The PGA450 eval board is connected the STM3 through a level shifter, to go from 3V3 TTL to 5V logic for the PGA450.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m trying to program registers within the ESFR. The first thing I do after PGA450 powerup is send a 0x16 0x2F 0x01 to put the onboard mcu into reset to allow for ESFR access. After another transfer, I get the following response to this command: 0x02 0x00 0x00. this would indicate that the command was successful. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;Next, I try to read the current value of ESFR address 0xc0, as per the datasheet example. I send: 0x19 0xc0 0x00. Again, after another transfer, the response to this command is 0xc2 0x00 0x00. This would indicate a parity error. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What&amp;#39;s going on here? As per datasheet example (Table 17) this is a valid command. Any ideas?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The problem is, that whatever values I set in the DEV_CONFIG1 / NPLE register, I always read a velocity that is three&amp;nbsp; times too high, and when I move the resolver through 360&amp;deg;, I get three cycles of 0-359&amp;deg;, instead of just one.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Why is the PGA411 seemingly ignoring the NPLE register?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Junction temperature (Tj) of absolute maximum rating: - 40 to 150 &amp;deg; C and ambient temperature (TA): - 40 to 125 &amp;deg; C.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, Thermal shutdown detection temperature of this product is 175 &amp;deg; C @ TYP (Junction).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In such a condition, I think that the detection temperature of Thermal shutdown is 150 &amp;deg; C @ TYP and it is necessary to have hysteresis of about 15 &amp;deg; C.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(This is because there is concern that &amp;quot;If the ambient temperature has reached near the rated rating, it is not reset if the IC is detected at 175 &amp;deg; C.&amp;quot;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is my consider a mistake?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Because the bootloader &amp;nbsp;have not integrate the instruction to reset the WDT(Integrated the Reset instruction is very hard because of other reasons ),then run in the bootloader,because of the WDT Fail Counter reachs to 7，so the TPS65381-Q1 will enter the SAFE STATE and cause the TMS570 reset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If we disable the Watchdog Reset function,TMS570 will not be reset in SAFE,but we have to take several hundreds milliseconds to decrease the Watchdog Fail Counter. Now we want to shorten the time of the process.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pls help the case,do you have the way disable the Watchdog Fail Counter?If not,do you have other suggestion to solve the problem?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would like to know the maximum allowable Reset Extension time of TPS65381-Q1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is described in the datasheet that if Rrsext is OPEN, the device is stucked in a RESET state.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And the equation of this delay is&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Trstext=0.148*(R+8.5)&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How much is the maxim allowable Trstext?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since my customer having trouble in the field, your quick response is very much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a customer who is using the&amp;nbsp;TPS65381-Q1. They now want to test the reaction of their driver software on the external MCU to the overvoltage, undervoltage and overtemperature flags. Is it possible to somehow toggle these relevant register bits in VMON_STAT_1 , VMON_STAT_2, and SAFETY_STAT_1&amp;nbsp;through software (like an SPI write?) rather than actually providing the external phyiscal condition (e.g. short circuit, high temperature)?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In case it is not possible to write to these bits, are there any recommended physical test conditions or circuits for overvoltage, undervoltage and overtemperature testing?&lt;/p&gt;
