Regarding pcb model for trf37a75

I am using a trf37a75 power amplifier module as amplifier in my RF repeater project. I have the IC with me, I saw the associated circuitry required in the datasheet to make it work as an amplifier. I want to design a PCB for the same so what tools should i use to make the PCB design? If not possible domestically, what should i tell the vendor who makes the PCB as he too shall be new to such stuff
