Hi, in datasheet of ADC128S102WGMPR ( http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/adc128s102qml-sp.pdf page

Addendum-Page 1 ) is mentioned temperature range "25C only" , what is real temperature range?

    Jan,
    This device (ADC128S102WGMPR) is tested at 25c only. It is intended for lower cost evaluation and mechanical sample. It is not qualified material.
    For qualified and fully tested material, the ADC128S102WGRQV should be used.
