TI does not perform thermal vacuum test. However TPS50601-SP ceramic part can sustain such test.

Hi Massimilioano,

Since TPS50601-SP is in a ceramic package that is hermetically sealed and designed for space applications ( where there is no air) thus it will perform in vacuum. However we do not have any guidance or test data under vacuum conditions.
