Can you provide the Theta Junction to Board thermal resistance?

    Hi Michael Green45,

             TPS7H3301-SP theta Junction to board has been requested from thermal modeling team, and will provide you the information as it becomes available.

             TPS7H3301-SP datasheet highlights thermal Junction to case (bottom) thermal resistance.  as the part is targeted for space applications and the environment is vacume ( no air). 

    Leads highlighted on the datasheet are unformed as each customer may form then to their specifications.

    1.   Junction to board numbers will depend upon how the leads are formed,

    2.    if the part has underfill or not / material used.

    3.   number of PCB layers

    4    Copper thickness on PCB

    5.   number/ size of via's under the package.

    All these factors would be system specific.
