Part Number: SN65HVD30-EP

Hi,

We are using this IC in our project to convert single ended UART lines to differential RS422 lines (3.3V). We want to check the data at differential lines using CP2102: UART to USB converter. So is it possible to receive data by connecting TX+ to RX of UART to USB converter and TX- to GND of UART to USB converter??

Kindlyprovide us more details about this ASAP.

Thanks

  • Hello Trupti,
First off, this part is an RS-485 driver and receiver, which is backwards compatible with RS-422.
I do not know which version of CP2012 you plan to use, but there are some that are specifically RS-485 compatible (CP2102N is one I have found).
