Bond wires in a 5962-87710012A (LM158)

The 5962-87710012A (LM158FKB) is manufactured with 1.25 mil aluminum bond wires. The average wire length is 82 mils based on package rule check. Fusing current depends on wire type, wire length, wire diameter, pulse width, and temperature. As a rule of thumb for failure analysis purposes I use ~750mA as an average DC fusing current for 1.25 mil aluminum wire. As this is a MIL-SPEC device see MIL-PRF-38535 paragraph A.3.5.5.3 for maximum allowable current in bond wires.

Is there a single bond wire between the device and each pin?

Can you provide the same information for the ceramic dip package LM158J. Bond wire diameter, length and material.
