High temperature characterisation of TLE2426

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLE2426

We are currently building an amplifier which must work across a wide range of temperatures, ideally up to 200°.

We would like to use the TLE2426 or something similar to generate a split rail supply from our single ended supply. Is there any information on the behavior of the TLE2426 above 125° or are there any alternate parts which may be suitable?

The sink/source current from the virtual ground will be <= 5ma.
