What is the Vo Abs Max and Recommended voltage rating for the LM139AQML. For the Commercial LM139A, the Vo abs max is specified as 36V, the QML version does not have this specified.

    The Vo Abs Max rating is hidden within the applications section of the datasheet.  It is the same as the supply voltage:

    "An output pull-up resistor can be connected to any available power supply voltage within the permitted supply voltage range...."

    In addition, the operating Vo is independent of the supply voltage.

     

    Please note that TI offers different versions of the LM139 that have different origins.   The commercial version datasheet you cite is of TI origin.   The LM139AQML comes to TI from the National acquisition and the corresponding commercial product will have a datasheet number LM139-N.
