Radiation data | LM139-SP

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to find out the radiation data for LM139-SP covers only TID40kRad/sec.

Any reason why the Single Event Latch-up data was not reflected on the datasheet?

Hope you could clear my doubts.

    TI offers two space grade versions of the LM139:
    LM139-SP and LM139QML-SP.

    The LM139QML-SP comes from TI's acquisition of National Semiconductor. It is rated to 100 krad and is ELDRS-free. It has decades of space flight heritage.

    The LM139 is a classic bipolar product. Single event latch-up was discovered to be an issue with CMOS products and bipolar products traditionally do not list SEE test results.
