TPS74401-EP: Radiation Report

Any feedback on the radiation report?

In addition, please the discrepancy in the FIT report for TPS74401MRGWREP.

On http://www.ti.com/quality/docs/estimator.tsp?OPN=TPS74401MRGWREP&partNumber=TPS74401MRGWREP&partType=tiPartNumber#resultstable, FIT is shown as 0.2.

But in report (https://www.ti.com/seclit/rr/sbvk004/sbvk004.pdf), FIT is shown as 1.94.

We typically only have radiation data on our class V space rated devices.

The TPS74401-EP is not in this list.
