My customer would like to know if there are >100 or <100 transistors in the dies for the UC1843A-SP and TPS50601-RHA . He needs to know for reliability predictions.

Transistor count in the devices is a proprietary item, thus will require an NDA to share that information. I will let our reliability group add their comments to it also.
