Sam,
The commercial datasheet has updated values. The EP datasheet will have them when it is updated in the future.
The values are:
HBM 2000V
CDM 1000V

Wade,

The HBM value of 2000V seems to conflict with the baseline HBM value in the Reliability Report. Please advise.

Okay, got confirmation that the CDCVF2310MPWREP is rated for 4000V ESD HBM.
