TPS62110-HT: will the IC be damaged if unpowered and 3.6V comes onto the SW line

Part Number: TPS62110-HT

Hello! So I have a situation where i'm wanting to power my board in two different ways. The first way is just like normal, where I use this power supply to convert 15V down to 3.3V. The second way is I might want to use a 3.3 to 3.6V battery to power just a few things, and leave the power supply off so that I'm not having to convert voltage and therefore i get a small power savings.

My question is, if the power supply is unpowered, and I put 3.6V into the output of the IC, will this damage it the chip? Specifically I would be putting 3.6V to the SW line, and therefore the FB line would also get some current limited voltage due to the feedback resistors.

I figured worst case would be I can install a diode on the output of my power supply which would allow everything else to get power, but the power supply wouldn't see any of it.

Thanks for any feedback!
