i just wondering gate driver IC ( ISO5852S-EP) , is it comply aviation application ? Because has capacitance isolation and is there any concern for lifetime? also is that IC has galvanically isolation ?

I am not certain what specification you are wanting to validate compliance to.

With respect to quality, you can go to the Product folder, select the quality and packaging tab.

On this page, there is a link Request EP Qualification Report.

This will generate an email to request an EP quality report to be generated.
