In the THS788 data sheet in the layout example it shows what appears to be a keepout under the part at least on the top and bottom layers (and I assume on the rest of the layers). There does not appear to be any information as to the reason for that keepout, nor any information regarding the size of the keepout, and what layers it should be on. So...
1) Is a keepout area recommended under the part?
2) If so what is the size and what are the layers for the keepout?
