Can any one please suggest the alternate part number for SN5407.

Open drain output current - 40ma

High level output Voltage - 30V

Temperature - 40V to +125.

Arulmurugan,
Are you looking for an SN5407, but with 40ma of sink capability? Otherwise your specs seem to match.
I checked all the high voltage open collector hex buffers, and 30ma is the highest IOL (-40 or -55 to 125c range).

SN5407 is through hole part and in the same version SN7407 is SMD part but temperature is 0 to 70C.

We are looking for SMD components with same specification of SN5407. ( 40ma, High output voltage - 30V)\

Unfortunately there is not device with higher rating.

The design is the same between the SN7407 and SN5407, just different package, testing, and qualification screening.

If you operate the SN5407 within the SN7407 temperature range, then 40ma will be possible without damaging device.

Just to be clear. The SN5407 has a 30mA rating for IOL, where the SN7407 has 40mA.
There is a surface mount version of the SN5407. It is SNJ5407W.
