ADS8320-HT: INL on ADS8320-HT

Hi,

I am looking at ADS8320-HT as a potential candidate on one of our design

They website puts the INL of this ADC to be Max +/-2.1 LSB. But when I read the datasheet, I see the spec in FSR.

The max being +/-0.032 % of FSR for me converts to +/-20.97 LSB.

Is my conversion correct here?

    Hi,

    I agree with your calculations.  It appears the parametric table on the web has an error and should be updated to match the datasheet.  The spec table in the datasheet is the correct value since final testing screens INL at 125C.

    Thanks for pointing out the discrepancy.   We will try to get that updated as soon as possible.
