Here is the data for the FK package.

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value):	65.3
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value):	38.3
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value):	38.7
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value):	33
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value):	38.4
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value):	4.7
Modelling Assumptions:	Package body not attached to PCB. No PCB thermal via. MIL-STD-883 for Rth-JC bot; JESD51-x for other parameters
