What testing is performed on 100% of the product delivered under part number CDCV304TPWREP? At what temperatures? Is there any burn in performed? What is the reliability monitoring program for this product?

    Per the Texas Instruments Incorporated Terms Of Sale For Semiconductor Products, testing and other quality control techniques are used to the extent TI deems necessary. TI does not necessarily test all parameters of each Product. If you need more information please contact your local TI sales office to discuss getting the information you require.

    I would like to know if TI offers additional testing services to upscreen parts.

    We need to have burn in testing: 96 hours at 105 C on a quantity of 30 pieces of this part.

    If you do not provide testing is there another party you collaborate with for these services?
