TPS50601-SP: External Boot Diode Bleeder

Hello,

The TPS50601-SP datasheet says in section 8.3.10:

"If an external Schottky diode is used from VIN to boot, then a bleeder may be required <1 mA to ensure output is low when the unit is disabled by EN pin."

Where is this bleed resistor needed?  On the BOOT pin?  On the PH output node (before/after inductor)?
