OMAPL137-HT: Is OMAPL137_HT available at an ambient temperature greater than 150°C?

Part Number: OMAPL137-HT
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2520

Hi,

I am working on a project for the high-temperature environment. I have read that OMAPL137_HT are designed for 175°C but when I want to purchase it, it is only available at 125°C.

Can you please let me know if OMAPL137_HT is available at an ambient temperature greater than 150°C?

Regards,

BEEZAK

  • The datasheet shows 175c operation.
Please note that there is an error in the "op temp" field for packaging information on page 201 of datasheet.
Note on page 194 the temperature and part numbers for the 2 versions.
The OMAPL137BPTPH is rated for -55 to 175C.

    Where are you seeing 125C?

    Regards,
    Wade
  • Thanks, I think I found

    Maximum Operating Temperature: + 90 C

on your web page under parametrics.

Do you know if there is any boost converter (input voltage 1-3 V) and transceiver similar to CC2520 are available in this temperature range  -55 to 175C?

    Thanks,

    BEEZAK
