SM320C6727B-EP: Need AC Overshoot / Undershoot Specifications

Part Number: SM320C6727B-EP

Hello,

We have a customer who is requesting the AC Overshoot / Undershoot specs.

Could someone please help track this down?

Thank you,

  • Gabriel,
We do not have overshoot/undershoot specifications for this device.
However, there are 2 specifications that can help define this.
    1) The absolute maximum ratings for voltage input range. This is specified as -0.3 to DVdd +0.5 (excluding clock).
    and
    2) the input clamp current. This is typically labelled IIK, but in this datasheet is it just labeled Clamp Current. This is specified at /-20mA.

To prevent violating the absolute max conditions, the signal would need to stay within -0.3 to DVdd + 0.5V.
If it exceeds this, its current must be less than the clamp current to prevent damage to the device.
Proper termination and potentially series resistance for current limiting.

    Regards,
    Wade
