SN54ACT241: Need IBIS model for SN54ACT241

This is a very old product family, and unfortunately we do not have IBIS models for this or the commercial version of the device.
I will double check with the commercial team to see if there may be an alternative model that would be representative.

The SN74ACT245 IBIS model will be representative of driver strength. It is a transceiver, however, the drive structure will be similar.
