TVP5150AM1-EP: Replacement for TVP5150AM1

Hello All,

So far I used the video decoder TVP5150AM1PBS (without EP code) but now it seems to be not available on ti.com any longer.

Could you please give me further information on this and whether you have some replacement for this device?

Hi Fax,

The TVP5150AM1MPBSREP should be a drop in replacement from a package perspective, but it is higher quality and extended temperature range than the commercial device. This is available for long term production needs, however applications support is extremely limited for new design ins. If you are familiar with the commercial device, the -EP version can be used no issue.
