ADS6445-EP: ADS6445-EP direct replacement for ADS6445?

Hi, I would like to know if the ADS6445-EP is a direct replacement for the ADS6445.  I have thoroughly compared both data sheets and do not see why it would not be but I wanted to ask to make sure I didn't miss anything.  To clarify, by directly replacement I mean I have the ADS6445 on a PCB in a system that communicates with a FPGA.  Will I be able to remove the ADS6445 and drop in the ADS6445-EP without any hardware or software changes.
