ADS5463-EP: What's the minimum amplitude of clock input of ADS5463-EP?

Hi there:

In the datasheet of ADS5463-EP, there is only a typical value of clock input amplitude, which is 3V Vpp (differential sine wave, in datasheet Page 5).

This value doesn't show the minimum limit, where will effect the choice of clock source.

So, can you help me to get the minimum clock input amplitude?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, clock amplitude is a parameter that is not guaranteed in production testing. However, there are several plots in the datasheet, figures 23-27,  in the typical characteristics section which might help.  These plots show "typical" performance versus several clock characteristics including amplitude, Figure 24 shown below.    It is recommended to set the clock amplitude in this window leaving some margin for PVT (process, voltage, temperature) variation.
