The devices with radiation reports ( either internal TI, or partnered with third parties) are located on our space products page.
Located here: www.ti.com/.../space.html

Unfortunately, many of our older logic -SP devices do not have data. There may be some third party or IEEE data published.

Tom, we have a few logic devices that we performed design modifications to achieve improved TID results. These devices can be seen in the table of reports. They are the AC00, AC02, and the AC14.
It is my understanding that the unimproved logic devices perform somewhere around the 10Krad range.
