Hi Sir/Mdm,

May I know whether there Is radiation data available for this part, SN74ABT244A-EP?

If no, is there any space grade equivalent for this part in TI?

    Ken,
    We do not have radiation data for EP devices.
    We are beginning to release Space EP devices that have minimum radiation characteristics, and similar EP quality and baseline controls. As of now, there are not any logic devices on this roadmap.

    Note, we only have a three logic devices that are radiation improved. Most of the standard logic devices are fairly weak for TID (~10Krad).
