MTBF/FIT Estimator

Does the FIT rate given by the MTBF/FIT Estimator include the die and package reliability calculations for each of the devices or does it just provide the FIT rate for the die?

Hi Bryan,

The FIT data is based on die related life test and does not include package relaibility.
