SM320F28335-HT: Which chip is better for reading images from a CMOS sensor? SM320F2812-HT or SM320F28335-HT

Part Number: SM320F28335-HT

I am looking into using a DSP for 200degC operation that needs to communicate with a CMOS camera sensor.
www.onsemi.com/.../product.do
Communication with this device seems to be SPI at 10MHz communication speed (Python1300 datasheet specs 100ns SPI clk)
The camera is expected to fail at 85degC, but I will continue to transmit image data until 200degC is reached.
The image data size can vary from 10kB to 256kB since the image sensor can be set to "only record regions of interest".

Questions:
1) Which is the better controller for our application?
The two controllers below are very similar, but I am not sure which one to use.
2) What external flash memory do you recommend that can withstand 200degC and also interface with one of the below DSP chips?

The two microcontrollers in question are the high reliability line.
