Hi Team,
One of my customer is using LT1014 and need confirmation on the max and min input which can feed to the device while operating at 5V Vcc. Is it possible to give -13V input to LT1014 powered from +5V Single supply. No ESD diodes are visible in block diagram, what will be the limiting factor and the damage to device if the input is lower or higer than Vcc.

The input common-mode voltage range of any op amp, including LT1014, is a function of the supply voltage; thus, for 5V single supply the linear input voltage range is specified from 0V to 3.5V at 25C and from 0V to 3V over full temperature range - see below.
It is NOT allowed to apply -13V to a positve input terminal in single supply 5V application - it would be fine in an inverting configuration. Actually, going just 400mV below the negative rail may cause a serious problem - see page 18 of the datsheet.
