TPS3809-EP: Thermal Resistance

Part Number: TPS3809-EP

I need the thermal resistance information for the given part (TPS3809K33MDBVREP) with a unit of °C/W and for a junction to board, or junction to case preferred. Other acceptable information may be junction to ambient, or junction to lead. Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

    We do not have these numbers currently available. I have began the process to model the package in order to get the values. This can take up to two weeks. I will update you as soon as I have them. In the meantime here is the dissipation ratings (you've likely already seen this from the datasheet).

    Hello Michael,

    Here are the obtained values based off of our device modeling. All are in C/W.

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value): 255.4
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value): 155.4
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value): 131.7
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value): 51.8
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value): 130.6
