The CD54HCT245F is a commercial grade extended temperature hermetically packaged device. The CD54HCT245F3A is the QML Class Q MIL-PRF-38535 (MIL-SPEC) compliant version. See SBOA142 "High Reliability Part Numbering System" at www.ti.com/lit/SBOA142
