Where exactly is the difference between the operational amplifiers OPA4277 and OPA4277-EP. I could not really see any differences in the data sheets except for an extended temperature range.

A quick summary about EP:
-They have a single process flow (one wafer fab, one asembly site)
-They pass more stringent stress testing and may use a different plastic compound
-They use gold bond wires only; no copper bond wires
-Lead finish is never pure tin
-They have extended temperature range
