UC1863: Dead time and ZVS issue

Hi,

I am new to resonant converter design. I am using UC1863 for my LLC half bridge design. I want to operate it for 100KHz design. In my design i have used pulse transformer after mosfet driver. I dont know how UC1863 is controlling the dead time between high side and low side mosfet. currently, in my bench test, as high side and low side mosfet switching are overlapped, the circuit is taking too much current from input.

Please suggest me how to achieve ZVS using UC1863 IC. Is there any particular pin which is taking care of it ?

Hello Chris,

Are you still having issues? If so are you having cross-conduction between your two drivers? If so I'm surprised the MOSFETs haven't been damaged. If you still need help please upload your schematic.
